This was one of the most ambitious and fast-paced projects we’ve taken on. Starting with an empty retail unit, we helped bring our client’s vision of a luxury e-sports lounge, bar, and pizzeria to life — all in just 9 weeks from planning to handover.
There were a lot of design changes and brainstorming along the way, but we made it work and delivered a high-spec finish throughout.

From lighting and power to data and AV, we handled the full electrical installation. Safe to say it’s one of the most intense (and rewarding) jobs we’ve done yet.
We carried out the full installation of electrical systems, fire detection, IT infrastructure, CCTV, and HVAC controls.
The project required careful planning and detailed compliance work, including full electrical calculations and the design of a service room housing a 250A main panel with four 125A distribution boards, each with its own check meter for accurate monitoring.
At the handover stage, we also prepared clear operation and maintenance manuals to ensure the building can be managed safely and efficiently going forward.

Our company was contracted to support one of the world’s leading medical systems providers on a high-profile project at University College Hospital, London. The scope of work involved the installation and integration of advanced medical technologies, including proton beam accelerators, X-ray machines, linear accelerators, as well as supporting audiovisual and data infrastructure such as CCTV systems and data servers.
All work was executed in accordance with detailed technical drawings provided by the client and subject to daily approval by the Lead Engineer.
